Things to bring with you and to keep in mind
We all have the same goals in mind when doing progression. Please come prepared for a 4hour raid with very few breaks.
Make sure you have health and mana pots, haste potions, flasks and elixers, food and water.
Do no rely on ANYONE for ANYTHING!
If you do not have a flying mount in Northrend do not even ask for an invite to the raid. PERIOD
Non-progression runs---- 1 tier token per person per run. Can roll on whatever else that drops if it is an UPGRADE!
Progressions runs--- 1 tier token per person per run. Can roll on whatever drops but trust me, if you are a loot whore then you will not be invited back even though you have all the gear. I do not accept bribes for gear and I hope the rest of you dont.

I agree with most things you say(especially the mount thing) ... except its usually a three hour raid not four. But other than that it sounds about right. :-D

It shouldn't be. Fix it.
Re: Things to bring with you and to keep in mind
you pretty much have been a one woman crusade that is accomplishing this.

I agree the guild really needs to get off "stoner time" for showing up to raids. I'm trying to do better at showing up on time.

I think all the raiders should have there phone numbers listed in their officer notes so they can be contacted if they aren't online when they should be so we know if we need to replace them or not.

Raider ranks should guarantee attendance 99.9999% of the time. Why are we even recruiting people who can't show up to 2 nights a week to raid times? Yes I have been on a "one woman crusade" bent on actually getting you to show up and start raids on time. Sorry, I'm just tired of waiting around for 45 minutes to raid with the guild when I could spend more time in Ulduar in a pug, easily.
This is why I told our ever-present GM that it would be nice if we had the rank of "Reserve" which would allow us to easily tell from the folks online who is prepared to run Ulduar and who is not, in the event that a "Raider" doesn't show up. Consider a loot system that rewards good attendace; not in a DKP way but so that Raiders get loot over Reservists who get loot over Members who get loot over Friends/Family. I, like other people in this guild, am becoming tired of giving away gear and never seeing it again. (Purple Vending Machine?) How many people can you name that were in this guild, given loot and then peaced out? Or who actually left this guild because our loot system/attendance is poor?
But meh, my suggestions are often perceived as bitching anyway, as I'm sure this will be too.
Re: Things to bring with you and to keep in mind
sometimes things come up. Anything from actual emergencies to just being stuck in traffic. So no i don't think phone numbers of our "hardcore" raiders would be a bad thing to have.
And for the record I wasn't complaining about you being a one woman crusade. :-D I very much agree with you about it being annoying that we started so late. But we are getting better and most of that is due to you.
Again.. i am being serious... thanks munch. :-D

Well, you have mine, but I always show up. By the way, who exactly are these hardcore raiders?

Well let's keep getting better and knock it off with the comments about how "on time = early" cause I'd rather heal a pug in that case. And you're welcome sweet pea though I'm not acting alone. Fairly certain both Lomis and I have been at the stone prior to 7:00pm for every single Ulduar raid night. Credit where credit is due!
Re: Things to bring with you and to keep in mind
ok. Thanks to you too lomis! even though you have poor taste in hockey teams. :-D
and by "hardcore" i meant our version of hardcore. ya know.. like 2 days a week. :-P

Just for the record it's not like I want to get into hardcore raiding again - as in the typical understanding of hardcore which is 4-5 nights/week consistently. I would just like to spend the only 2 days that we do go actually progressing. It is possible to have it both ways - progression + casual!
Re: Things to bring with you and to keep in mind
oh yeah... munch could you make 2 new sections in the forums please? one for achievements(both bragging and looking for help to complete them) and one for non wow related discussions. Thanks. :-D

Inashne has expressed his desire to make the first day focus on clearing up to where we got the last week and the second day on "progression". Now of course this doesn't mean we stop wednesday if we get done early..

Perfect let's get a move on then!
Re: Things to bring with you and to keep in mind
Exactly, id like to have it eventualy in the next couple of weeks where the first 7 bosses, FL, Decon, RS, IC, kolo and Aur, to the point where we know them all by heart and can go in and not have to take it too seriously.
THis does not mean that the second day will be as chill as that clearing day but it would let us just have some fun while taking out the trash we have on farm, or are pretty damn close to having on farm.

Re: Things to bring with you and to keep in mind
So are we going to go for a hard mode on flame leviathan this week or are we going to wait a week or two until we have all these 7 bosses on auto pilot?
Re: Things to bring with you and to keep in mind
Well first of all we could have saved a buttload of time with FL by not destroying the towers when attempting easy mode. I vote auto-pilot quick clear. The FL achievements aren't necessary to unlock Alg...
Re: Things to bring with you and to keep in mind
The only advantage to doing hard mode is he drops emblems of conquest.....
Re: Things to bring with you and to keep in mind
When was the last time that the Pens won the cup? Lemmiux was on the team at the time i belive (years ago). The caines have won it recently and will win it again this year. So good luck to you in the next football season with your Steelers. Hopefully someone in your conference will step up and give you a run for you money. If you wanna think highly of a team then you might want to look at who they play during the regular season.
