I would just like to remind everyone that i am a very blunt person, if i have somethig that needs to be said ill say it, and usualy without thinking.

If you have an issure in the guild or a perticular member please come and talk to me and tell me whats up. I can't fix problems i dont know about.

On a more serious note... if inashne in his bluntness offends someone... they can talk to me and i'll try to explain in a not so offensive way what he meant.. or tell him he was wrong in saying so.. lol. I'm good at patching things up. :-D

I have a serious problem people who fuck off. This includes rambling about useless shit over vent (gear/ RL/ whatever that doesn't directly effect the encounter at hand).
All issues that have to do with anything but gear distribution and people not pulling their own weight, needs to be dealt with after the raid.

We need to be at the point now where we should even have to talk in vent especially during a boss fight. (not including inashe/ healers)

I realize that we are not a hardcore raiding guild but progression needs to be treated in that manner if we want to accomplish anything in there. People should not get more than one chance to prove that they have what it takes to hang.

I have always had the mentality that Guildies come before PuGs. This pertains to gear and invites to whatever we are running. I refuse to gear people that are not in the guild or hardly show up for shit because they dont feel like it.

I understand your frustration with this issue but the point i have been trying to get across to everyone is that our naxx 25 runs, though hosted by us ARE NOT guildruns. They are PuGs. Once we are able to put 15 of our guys minimum constantly in those runs then we can start calling guild priority on a select few itesm, similar to how we do the EoE key, guild officers first.

Until the time that we are able to fill atleast 75%ish of naxx 25 and other 25 man raids we do with our guys (and girls) we can not give oursleves priority over anything except maybe one item.
