Weapons and sigils can be used universally. therefore the choices are restricted to what blizzard puts out.

Im going to leave superior quality items out of the equation because epics are mind numbingly easy to get nowadays

-Titansteel Destroyer Crafted. It has a load of str for a ilvl 200 weapon. I was able to grind out raw mats in less then a day, so can you. this should be your last resort, as there are better for doing some instances
-Greatsword of the Sin'dorei 25 champion seal's from the argent tournament. this means jousting. Enjoy
-Marrowstrike From the priest in H Trial. This weapon is your best choice for pre raid tanking. The gem slot can go to either 20 stam or 20 def rating(if your under 540)
-Edge of Ruin This is your best choice as far as dps goes. it is un matched in the amount of AP you get from a pre-raid weapon.
-Colossal Skull-Clad Cleaver Fairly good weapon from H HoL. Ilvl 200 but its better then most naxx 25 weapons.
